Registration fee is $75,per category, non-refundable
*By registering as an alternate, you gain the opportunity to participate in the competition if a registered competitor is unable to attend. Alternates will be promptly notified and will be charged the non-refundable registration fee only if they are requested to fill a vacant position
*Professional – 5+ years formal training, education, employment in pastry arts and earns income from working in the industry
*Student - less than 5 years of professional kitchen experience and currently enrolled in a culinary educational program
