Today, we gather to celebrate the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into creating the perfect scoop of gelato. Our talented competitors will have the chance to showcase their innovative flavors, impeccable presentation, and exquisite textures. Let the friendly rivalry begin as we immerse ourselves in a world of creamy delights and frozen delights. 

In this live event, competitors will craft their gelato creations from scratch in the competition kitchens, with complete freedom to choose their flavors. 

After registration, 6 competitors will be invited and tasked with producing, decorating, and displaying 3 pans of a single gelato flavor, 3 pans of a single flavor sorbet and 25 finished popsicles. Get ready to dive into a world of frozen delights and let your imagination run wild in this exciting competition category! leaving the remaining pans for the People's Choice award.
